I’ve checked your site, and it seems that all your pages including the homepage are set to noindex.
Upon further checking using the Health Check plugin, it is throwing a critical error.
Since the Health Check plugin is not working properly on your site, we may need to disable plugins/switch themes manually to check for a conflict.
Alternatively, you can create a staging site with the same issue as it seems that your site is currently live.

I’ve tried deactivating your plugins one by one, and it seems that the ACF and Custom Post Types plugins are throwing errors upon disabling.
If you would check the staging site, those two plugins are the only activated ones in your staging site, and your website’s robots are still showing noindex, nofollow in the source code. I’ve also switched your theme to the default “Twenty Twenty-One” and the issue still persists.
Also, I’ve noticed that your WordPress version is outdated. Please try updating it since we don’t have FTP access, we couldn’t revert any changes that might occur if the dashboard of the staging site crashed.
