Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Are you using a cache plugin? If you are, could you try to clean the cache and check again the source code?
Keep in mind, showing those pages deindexed in Google Search results could take a few days since Google will need to crawl the changes in the site to update the Search Results.
Looking forward to help you.
Yeah, I have Kinsta Cache and also WP Rocket, but I cleaned it many times.
Of course, I know that google crawl can take some time, but there’s meta info in page src that says “follow, index” so even if google is going to crawl this, it’s gonna crawl not what I want.
You can check it on devsdata.com/services/page/3 f.e.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know if you find the culprit else we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Tom,
One of the plugins on your website is over-riding the robots meta settings of Rank Math.
Once only Rank Math and Twenty Twenty theme is enabled – you can clearly see the noindex in the source code of your website.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please let me know if you find the culprit.

Looking forward to helping you.
