3. Scroll down and click on the Save Changes button.
4. Finally, Clear your website’s cache.
This should fix the issue, after performing the above steps, give Google some time to recrawl your website and index your website.

I logged into your website, & it appears that the issue might be due to some plugin/theme conflict. When I tried testing for plugin/theme conflict, the website is getting disconnected from the database. Please see the screenshot available in the Sensitive Data section.
In my testing, I noticed that there are some performance-related issues in the website, wherein the server is taking additional time to process the requests. In order to narrow down the issue, could you please test for plugin/theme conflict using the steps mentioned in our tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Hi,
I checked the plugins and errors. I also reinstalled wordpress.
I also contacted my hosting (bluehost) and they generated a new robots file (mine seemed correct).
However, the noindex tag remains on the homepage … I don’t know what to do.
I also wrote to the developers of the Astra theme … but no reply.
I just want to know where to find this code to modify it … but I can’t find it 🙁

I’ve tried checking your site using the Health Check plugin, and it seems that one of your plugins is adding the noindex meta tag. I’ve tried enabling Rank Math and your theme during troubleshooting mode and your homepage was set to index.
Please see the screencast in the designated sensitive data section.
You can then follow the steps in the link by enabling your plugins one by one and checking for the noindex meta tags on your homepage.
Let us know if you found the culprit.
If the issue persists, please also include your FTP logins in the designated sensitive data section to further investigate.
