    Also check index from seo rank math general setting still this issue faced

    I have tested your site on our SEO analyzer https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/ and there doesn’t seem to be a noindex in your site. Please head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database tools and Flush SEO analysis data, clear your site cache and perform SEO analysis again.
