The same thing has happened to me and my support ticket as a Premium Subscriber now appears to be abandoned by RankMath Support. This has severely impacted my high profile high traffic site.
I am now about to cancel my Rank Math premium subscription and return to the less glamorous but seemingly safer pair of hands that is Yoast.
