Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you please head over to Settings > Reading and check if the Search Engine Visibility option is checked for your site?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hi LDRA,
Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta
Go through each tab and unselect the noindex
setting on pages where you do not wish to see the noindex tag:
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thanks for following up.
I have checked all those setting in Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta and even though the Global Meta was off, the Pages and Post noindex was on?
Global Meta Settings:
Post Settings:
Page Settings:
HOWEVER
When I look at the pages incognito (and another browser) they still show noindex.
There is no Cache plugin on this server (took it off for testing this issue), any other ideas where this setting could be?
Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello
Thanks for the offer.
We have added a temp link to the Data box.
Also, have Security Audit Log in place.
Thanks for the advice and support.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
It looks like noindex option is enabled on all your posts & pages as shown below:
I have disabled this option on some pages by enabling this option to index. Please review and enable the index option on the rest of your pages.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello
Thanks for fixing something as I can now see the homepage is set to “index” now.
However, I don’t understand your comments:
“It looks like noindex option is enabled on all your posts & pages as shown below:” Where is that image from in RankMath? I can’t find any options for “Robots Meta = Index”? Where is this “Advanced” tab? At the page level or in the RankMath > Title & Meta settings?
Cheers
HI there,
Thanks for getting back to us.
You can find the Rank Math SEO option on the sidebar button and once you click it you will have access to all the options including the Advanced tab that contains the indexing options as shown below: https://i.rankmath.com/U44EB5
I hope this info helps.
