Noindex from settings not working + category url not updating

    I contacted you on facebook. So category url’s aren’t updating when changing the main category of a post
    And the noindex from settings isn’t applied.

    Dont mind this messed up website, i just got this client.

    These are my new noindex settings:

    Foil Categories noindex
    Tags noindex
    Testimonials noindex
    Wrap Techniques noindex
    Vehicles noindex
    Packages noindex
    Brands noindex
    Vehicle Types noindex
    Foil Type noindex
    carbon white > nader bekijken
    Additional Options index & noindex
    Quotes noindex
    Film Types noindex
    Film Versions noindex

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The option to select the “Primary term” when selecting categories for your posts is not yet available in the Gutenberg editor. You can however access this option by installing the Classic editor plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
    I have been able to replicate the noindex bug on my end and this has been submitted to our dev team for closer investigation.
    We will be getting back to you in a short while.

    Yeah you are pretty unreliable it seems, i just went from 500 to 750 pages in my index, so your fix was no fix, im forced to manually noindex 100s of pages now. Really unpleasant experience.

    I just manually noindex some custom post types, after doing so the advanced robot tags got removed on the frontend leaving me with follow,noindex. I guess you really need better testing in place to avoid these important issues.

    Hi Tint,

    We are so sorry about the issue.

    Can you please link us to the pages you think should be noindexed but aren’t?

    Also, a screenshot of where you made them noindex would really help.

    I am not sure we are on the same page here.

    Do share more information so we understand what you are trying to do and offer a better solution.
