Noindex for post in certain category

Hi guys,
first of all thank you for your fantastic job.
I red more then one thread about noindex post in certain category but no of one resolve the issue, excerpt this information taken by Michael Davis: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/set-noindex-for-posts-with-a-specific-tag-or-category/

I think that we are not all developers so it should be fantastic if you can share us a complete code to decide which category can exclude indexing of related post.

I hope this thread should be helpful for all your community cause is a missed functionality that Rank Math shoul have 😉.
