NoIndex Error

Thanks for the response.

This is very odd, the option should be available on the left tab.
One more thing that I have noted is that all the affected categories do not have any products and some redirect to other pages and thus it is likely that the option to Noindex Empty Category and Tag Archives is enabled on your site.
Please navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta > Noindex Empty Category and Tag Archives and uncheck the option as shown below:

I can also suggest that you go through the links one after the other to identify the ones that redirect to noindex pages.

The categories & attributes were missing a robots tag on the frontend which was causing this error.
You can fix this by resaving the categories on the backend. I have done this for you and you can go ahead and validate the fix on the search console.
