I checked the page source, the page is set to noindex.
Check screenshot in the sensitive data section.
However, as you have already set this page to index in Rank Math Advanced Tab, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Yes I saw the noindex on the page source too but couldn’t work out why as I have it set to index. I will check the plugins as advised.

I’ve gone into TRoubleshooting mode and with everything disabled, including Rankmath, it is still showing noindex.
So, it can’t be a Rankmath issue but no idea what is causing it.

In this case, it is possible that the theme is adding the noindex tag, activate the default theme in troubleshooting mode, and check the page source.
