Could you please confirm if you’re getting this error for your sitemaps?
If yes, then the noindex tag is added to the sitemaps on purpose, and you shouldn’t change that. It is added so that the sitemap itself doesn’t get included in the Google search index.
The sitemaps are intended to be crawled by the search engines but not get indexed on the SERPs.
