I checked your page and the source code seems without no-index tags so it must be Google getting a cached version of the site. For that try to clean the cache (also the Cloudflare one) and wait until Google validates if the issue is fixed.
But I have seen you have two meta robots tags, one added by Rank Math and one added by another plugin or theme. I would recommend you to check it and disable the addition of the second meta robots tag since it could cause conflicts.
