The images that you’ve shared give a 403 (Forbidden) error.
You can edit the category and under the Advanced Tab of the Rank Math’s SEO Meta Box, select the Index option for Robots Meta, and save the settings to mark the category as Index. Please follow this screencast for a quick reference: https://www.loom.com/share/fc62dc0554b34ec880882a857ef82033

Have you followed the instructions in the screencast shared by my colleague in a previous reply?
Please check if you have selected noindex on that particular category.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
