  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I tried to access your sitemap but it throws a 404 error: https://www.theflowerhood.fr/sitemap_index.xml

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Rank Math business

    Hello,

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

We really look forward to helping you.

I’m really sorry but how does that relate to the site logins you requested? There was a conflict previously with YOAST SEO but that was desactivated.
Can you continue perhaps with the sitemap route investigation you had started with Jaideep?
    thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for that information, and apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’ve checked the affected URL you have provided, and it seems that there is a cart function (basket) showing on the top of the page.

When the WooCommerce module is enabled in the Rank Math dashboard, Rank Math automatically adds the noindex to the robots meta of myaccount, checkout, and cart pages.

On your site, it seems that you have a plugin that adds the basket (cart) feature to that page. In this functionality, it seems to make it appear as a cart page which is why that page ends up as noindex. If you disable that function, you will see in the page’s source code that it will be set to index.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
