I mean that i want to add rel=”nofollow” attribute for my external links, but not the “dofollow” attribute.

The dofollow on the images is getting added by some other plugin or your theme and we cannot override it.
Even the image data saved in the database is correct and it has the nofollow but when the images load that tag is added and overrides our settings and the content you have on the database.
