I logged into your website’s admin area and found that you’ve added complete URLs in the “Nofollow Exclude Domains” option. As the name of the option suggests, it is used to exclude entire domains and not a specific URL.
That is, instead of adding http://domain.com/, please add domain.com and see if that helps.
As for the second URL, instead of https://www.domain.com/industry/payment-collection-for-cannabis-businesses/, you’ll need to add domain.com in that field.
Please make these changes for all the excluded URLs and see if the nofollow attribute gets removed.
