Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with your sitemap. The errors you mentioned indicate that there may be some configuration issues with your sitemap. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and fix the errors:
1. Validate Your Sitemap
First, ensure that your sitemap is correctly configured. You can use the Validate XML Sitemap tool to check for any issues. If your sitemap is valid, it should return a "No issues detected" message.
2. Check Sitemap Location
Make sure your sitemap is located in the root folder of your WordPress installation. The URL should look like this:
https://www.yourdomain.com`3. Ensure Posts Are Set to Index
If all your posts are set to noindex, your sitemap will be empty. Go to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta and ensure the Index checkbox is enabled for your posts.

4. Flush Permalinks
Sometimes, flushing permalinks can resolve issues. Go to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and click Save Changes without making any changes.
5. Exclude Sitemap from Caching
If you have caching enabled on your site, ensure that your sitemap is excluded from being cached. You can refer to this tutorial on excluding sitemaps from caching.
6. Check for Security Restrictions
If you can access the sitemap but external crawlers cannot, check if a security plugin or your web host is restricting access to the sitemap. You may need to adjust settings or contact your web host for assistance.
7. Check HTTP Headers
Ensure that your sitemap is returning the correct HTTP headers. You can use tools like httpstatus.io to check the status code of your sitemap. It should return a status code of 200.
Once you have gone through these steps, try submitting your sitemap again in Google Search Console. If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!

Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We have seen this type of issue before with Divi. It happens when you are using the Blurb feature in Divi and using a background image in the Blurb.
Users have already reported this to Divi but we suggest you notify them as well to move the issue to priority. You can ask them if they have a solution where these background images of blurbs are not included in the sitemaps.
The functionality of Rank Math being able to see Divi images and adding them to the sitemap was added by the Divi team and that is why it is recommended that you contact them directly.
However, to fix the issue temporarily, you can disable the “Images in Sitemap” option in Rank Math sitemap settings. See screenshot for your reference:
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
