Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the sitemap error in your WordPress dashboard. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the "No valid sitemap is parsed for crawler" error:
1. Validate Your Sitemap
Make sure your sitemap is correctly configured. You can validate your sitemap using the Validate XML Sitemap tool. Enter your sitemap URL (e.g., `https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/) and check for any issues.

2. Ensure the Sitemap is Located in the Root Folder
Confirm that your sitemap is located in the root folder of your WordPress installation. The correct URL should look like this:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/
3. Check for Caching Issues
If caching plugins are enabled, they might be caching your sitemap. Make sure to exclude your sitemap from being cached. You can find more details on how to do this in our tutorial on excluding sitemaps from caching.
4. Flush Permalinks
Sometimes, flushing permalinks can resolve issues with sitemaps. Go to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and click Save Changes without making any changes.
5. Check Robots.txt File
Ensure that your robots.txt
file is not blocking access to your sitemap. You can check this by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → robots.txt.
6. Review Security Plugins
If you have security plugins installed, they may be restricting access to your sitemap. Try excluding the sitemap from any firewall settings or temporarily disabling the security plugin to see if that resolves the issue.
If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

I have used sitemap from Rankmath and have submitted it to the search console. I have checked root folder and couldn’t find any files related to sitemap. Is it the reason of the above error.
