It’s possible that the purchase got connected to the PayPal email address used during the purchase and automatically created a different account for you.
To locate your purchase, we need to see the order number that starts with RANKMATH2#####-####-#####
. Alternatively, you can also share the last 4 digits of your card along with the last name where you see the FastSpring charge in the sensitive data section.
