    Hi
    I keep getting an email saying uh-oh on seo report and that no stats are showing. I have previously sent in a ticket to you to mention this and I did everything you told me to do. But I am still having this issue. My website is new but i am seeing things in search console as well as reconnected the account.

    Please help me solve this issue once and for alll

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO report showing no stats. Since you’ve already followed the previous instructions and reconnected your account, let’s ensure everything is set up correctly.

    1. Check if Rank Math SEO Account is Connected: Make sure your website is connected to the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can verify this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab from the left sidebar. If your website is not listed, you will need to reconnect it.

    2. Refresh Tokens: If your website is connected but you still see zero stats, it might be due to expired authorization tokens. To refresh them, delete the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions here and then reconnect it through Rank Math.

    3. Check Google Analytics: Ensure that Google Analytics is properly set up and linked to your website. Sometimes, issues with data fetching can stem from incorrect configurations in Google Analytics.

    After testing the connection to Google Search Console, which is where we import the data from, the message states that some permissions are missing so you would need to reconnect the website by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Analytics.

    Thank you for checking that out for me. I have now gone ahead and reconnected my website as you suggested and made sure all the permission boxes were checked. How long will I need to wait until I see stats now. Are you able to check if I have done it all correctly now?

    The data fetch has already started on the website and according to the scheduled actions, it should end in about 50 minutes from now, provided the cron jobs are working correctly.
