    I originally submitted a ticket nearly two months ago. I responded to the last message from Rank Math customer support within minutes of their request for information but that was nearly 2 weeks ago and I’ve gotten nothing back from them since.

    I don’t understand why I have to keep trying to get assistance here but no one will reply to fix this.

    The few times I’ve gotten a response, I replied without any further follow-up from Rank Math.

    I was even told that my ticket at one point got stuck in the unapproved pile but never was completed. https://snipboard.io/b8V2nX.jpg

    I have service on several other websites but for some reason, Rank Math won’t work on this one site. I can’t get this site off the ground as long as Rank Math isn’t working properly.

    Please let me know what I have to do to get resolution to this ticket.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    I can check that our plugin is able to fetch the data from your GSC account.

    However, the data there is very little and there will be some differences in the data displayed in our plugin and the data present in your GSC account because of the reasons mentioned here: https://rankmath.com/kb/anaytics-data-differs-from-ga-gsc/

    And the current pending actions are for the inspection data that is displayed in the IndexStatus tab. They are running and will be cleared soon.

    They are only showing any calculations because I forced them to run. If I don’t go to scheduled actions > pending and force the pending actions to run, they don’t run at all and the stats screen in RM is flatlined until I force the action to run. You’re only seeing any stats now because I forced it to run yesterday when I submitted this ticket.

    Take a look at what it looks like just a little more than four hours since you messaged me. It’s not showing
    the same stats you sent a screenshot of and it is showing a flat line for the last 5 days.

    I keep trying to explain this to you guys but no one is taking me seriously. Rank Math is NOT working on this site the same way that it is on my other sites!

    I would really appreciate it if you guys would stop giving me stock answers and seriously investigate this issue.

    Hello,

    I have checked and there is no issue with the cron jobs on your site and the scheduled actions are ruining without any issues. The next data fetch is scheduled to run on 13/07/2023 and you can check after that if the last updated date in the Analytics dashboard updates or not. If it updates then the actions are working fine.

    For the issue with stats, please share a screenshot of the performance section of your GSC account for a timeframe of the last 7 days so we can check and compare.
