  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

The content analysis fails using Thrive themes but it does not affect your SEO or rankings. It is only used as an internal metric to give you a to-do list of things you can do to optimize your website.

Apart from that one teeny-tiny thing, everything else works great. Even for that issue, we have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.

You would need to contact the developer of the plugin you mentioned by showing the following link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

Many known companies have already added the compatibility, as it takes a few hours:
    https://rankmath.com/compatibility/divi/
    https://rankmath.com/compatibility/elementor/
    https://rankmath.com/compatibility/themify-builder/
    https://rankmath.com/compatibility/page-builder-framework/
    https://rankmath.com/compatibility/flothemes/

If your Analytics data is not showing in Rank Math, please follow the steps in this link:
    https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/analytics-data-not-showing-read-here/?view=all

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

OK thanks. do i need a pro version of rankmath in order to see anylitics?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

Google Analytics is only available to PRO versions. However, you can connect your Google Search Console account to your website. You can check this link for more information:

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

    Hi Reinelle,

I’ve been through the google console setup and still doesn’t seem to be pulling any data. could this be a cron job issue? any way to send you an error log of sorts maybe?

    Hello,

Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow the steps in this link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

In case you have already followed the steps, please proceed to number 8. Please check if the task for Analytics is canceled
    Analytics Task

    Cancelled Task

If the tasks are all canceled – please install WP Control plugin to check if cron jobs are working or not. WP Control plugin can show this type of notice or a different one if the cron is not:

    Cron Task Cancelled

If the cron jobs are not working, please contact your web host and enable WP Cron Jobs on your website/server.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

I’ve gone through all those steps now and waiting for the fetch to finish. I had the message

The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.

show up as I’ve disabled wp cron job and set up a real cron job to run every 15 minutes is this ok? I don’t want the wp cron job as I’ve read it slows down my site

fetch has updated and it’s still not pulling any google console data

i have now implemented the standard wp cron job and the

The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.

message has disappeared. No cancelled jobs in the scheduled actions now either but still no google console data is being pulled. No idea what it could be….

ill update the sensitive data with website details and login.

maybe you guys can see something I cant??

    Hello,

We are extremely sorry about this issue but can you please verify if you have given the Rank Math App permission to read the Google Search Console data.

    From here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

If not, please reconnect the Google Accounts, from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics
    reconnect analytics

    Once done:

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

You must ensure that you have only 1 version of the URL variants. This includes both the https and http.

As your site is set up to go for https://www you need to use the same in analytics. The plugin will follow the correct https://www version.

If your non-www is getting the data, have you checked whether your code uses the correct one? Do you have a 3rd party plugin/theme controlling it? I see that you have Social Warfare, it could be conflicting with Rank Math as it generates tracking code to analytics.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Try enabling only Rank Math, then check if the function is working. Then try enabling each plugin one by one until you found the conflicting plugin.

Also, ensure that you are using GA3 and not GA4. Here is a link regarding it:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/

    I hope this helps.

    Just a thought

could this not be working due to selecting the www version of my site in the setup wizard vs the non www version.

to clarify I have in google search console a https://www version and a version that is just my domain name and .com

in the rankmath setup wizard for google search console I only have the option to choose the https://www version.

looking into google search console the https://www version has no data but the domain name one does. maybe this is the issue?

how do I get rank math to show up the NON https://www version in the setup wizard?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the details.

Would you please let us know how you have verified the now-WWW version? Is it as a URL prefix or as a domain property?

Domain properties normally don’t allow fetching data from the console and Rank math will usually add another property on your GSC in such cases.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
