Hello and thank you for providing an excellent plugin and give us all these features for free! On one of my installations, I can’t see the schema tab anywhere on the Rank Math Seo sidebar – also I can’t see any schema related code on the FE – google rich content gives zero result.

Any help/suggestions? Thank you in advance

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the schema tabs not appearing in your posts or taxonomies. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check Screen Options: If you are using the Classic Editor, make sure that the Rank Math Metabox is enabled. You can do this by clicking on the Screen Options at the top right of your post editor and ensuring that Rank Math SEO is checked.

      Screen Options

    2. Using Gutenberg: If you are using the Block Editor (Gutenberg), ensure that you have opened the Rank Math sidebar by clicking on the Rank Math icon in the WordPress menu. You should see the Schema tab there.

      Open Up Rank Math Toolbar

    3. Schema Module Activation: Ensure that the Schema module is activated in your Rank Math settings. You can check this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard and confirming that the Schema module is enabled.

    4. Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins may conflict with Rank Math. Try deactivating other plugins temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

    5. Theme Compatibility: Ensure that your theme is compatible with Rank Math. Some themes may not support all features of Rank Math.

If you’ve tried these steps and still don’t see the schema tab or any schema code, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can assist you further. Additionally, if you would like a comprehensive setup or troubleshooting, we recommend our professional setup service available at Rank Math Services. This service requires a PRO subscription and ensures your plugin setup adheres to the latest SEO standards.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to resolve it for you soon!

Hello again, Schema module enabled, Rank math seo is available on the sidebar but no schema tab (As shown in your docs) :/

    Hello,

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by a conflicting plugin/theme with Rank Math.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Hello and thank you for pointing me to the right direction.

I installed the troubleshooter, switched to latest default theme (Twenty Twenty Four) and activated the bare minimum of plugins required to test – just Rank Math Seo Advanced Custom Fields, I still don’t see the tab.

Also a thing to note, I don’t see the tab anywhere, in either posts or custom posts.

Hello again and thanks for offering your support so kindly.

I managed to resolve the issue by disabling and re-enabling the plugin. I was concerned whether my settings would be lost so it took me some time to replicate the environment locally, test and then to the same to the production environment.

    Thank you very much!
