Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with seeing "No Result Found" on your dashboard during setup. This can happen for a few reasons, and we recommend checking the following:
-
Refresh Content AI Credits: If you are using Content AI, make sure to refresh your credits. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
-
Check Your Settings: Ensure that all necessary settings are configured correctly in Rank Math. Sometimes, missing configurations can lead to such issues.
-
Clear Cache: If you have caching plugins installed, try clearing the cache as it might be displaying outdated information.
If you continue to experience this issue after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with more details or any specific error messages you see, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You can share the screenshot with us using any image-sharing tool like https://imgur.com/upload or https://imgbb.com/ so that we can check this further for you.
In the meantime, if you’re facing the issue on the Connect Google Services section, you can follow the steps below to see if that works for you.
1. Please make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console. If not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/
Also, make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
2. After that, please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions by following this guideline: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
3. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.
Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
