    Hi,
    Di you guys stop showing link counter, analytic data, keywords data and SEO performance data for accounts that are yet to upgrade to pro?

    1. I have been doing all steps in this guide provided by you almost every day for a month now(!):

    2. All the sitemap URLs are exempted from caching both in the caching plugin and the server-side caching as well

    3. I have gone to the sitemap and saved everything afresh but still nothing.

    It has been more than a month and here is what happens:

    (a) When I follow the steps above, I get analytics data
    (b) The data disappear as soon as I close the window, log out and log in again.
    (c) Link counter data never come even after following all the above steps including the steps in status & tools >>>Database tools then rebuilt the data in General settings >>> Analytics section

    Can you check what the issue might be? Perhaps some code is missing in the plugin files or a bug or anything that might be causing it to malfunction at this scale?

    I checked your site and rebuilt the index in Rank math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and this seems to have refreshed the data in analytics, please check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section.

    Thank you. I see it works now. Why didn’t it work when I refreshed the data?

    There is one more issue I think you forgot, the links data. It still reads zero in all articles published before 12/12/2020

    I have added a screenshot to show.

    And I also think the analytic data you built are not correct as before. The CTR is way below what is in GSC, no keywords in the top 3 is not also true etc.

    Hello,

    The access doesn’t work for me to check on the issue with the articles reading zero. Please ensure those articles have a related Rank math score in WordPress Dashboard > Posts page.

    The data shown is related to the selected time frame you have selected. You should also note that we only track posts and keywords that rank in the top 100 positions in the selected timeframe and therefore the statistics that appear in the Rank Math Analytics module won’t match with the data from the Google Search Console. We do this to help make decision-making easier and for faster data processing since this is the data you really need to prioritize your SEO efforts.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I tried checking your Rank Math Analytics Dashboard once again and it seems everything is working well. Data are present in all the tabs. Please see the new video screencast I inserted in the Sensitive Data Section.

    Also, you ay force to update your Analytics data by heading to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and in Analytics Database, click the Delete Data button and Update Data manually. Wait for at least 17 minutes to fetch the data from Google.
