Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using other credit cards instead. You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.
Also, if you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

Unfortunately nothing I try works, multiple credit cards, even Paypal fails with “We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”

Thank you, I was able to upgrade to Pro. Do I need to download the pro plugin and replace the currently installed free plugin on the sites? Will I lose any work I’ve done in the free plugin if I over write it with pro? Thanks

Yes, you should download the Rank Math PRO plugin from your Rank Math account and you need to install it along with the Free version of the plugin.
The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight.
You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.

You would not lose any data when upgrading/installing the Rank Math PRO plugin.
