Hello,
I am new to Rankmath. I am seeing a couple of error messages on the DASHBOARD / SEO ANALYSIS section that are not clear. The messages are: No meta description was found for your page.
Too many H1 tags found on your page (2). For the best SEO results, there should be exactly one H1 tag on each page.
No page description found on page.Which page are these error messages referring to? Is it my main home page? If it is the home page I am pretty sure these are not valid error messages.
Guidance is appreciated.
Kind Regards.
Rick

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
The SEO analysis tool is mainly focused on your home page. Please head over to Rank math > Status and tools > Database tools and Flush SEO analysis data and clear your site cache. when done, head back to SEO analysis and perform the analysis again. If the issue persists, please share your URL in the sensitive section so we can look into this from our end.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Rick,
Thanks for the URL.
Please follow this tutorial on how to fix the issues brought forward by the Rank Math SEO Analysis:
https://rankmath.com/kb/seo-analysis/The first H1 is already mentioned by SEO Analysis. The other H1 on your website is
Sell, and Invest in real estate since 2005...
Please change that to H2.
Add a meta description to the homepage from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage. If you are using a static page, you will be taken to the direct page where you can make those changes.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello,
Thanks for the information. I did read the tutorial
I changed the H1 to H2 as advised.
The home page meta description is still not recognized by rankmath plugin. I have flushed analysis data, and cleared the cache. If desired I would be happy to forward you a screen capture of the meta description on the home page.
I still see the following error messages.
For H1 Heading: Too many H1 tags found on your page (2). For the best SEO results, there should be exactly one H1 tag on each page.
For Keywords in Title & Description: No page description found on page.
Just to confirm. In WordPress the meta description is also called the snippet? I see a button called snippet in WordPress and I am pretty sure it is where I should enter the meta description. However it does not talk about this in the tutorial. Please advise.
Kind regards,
RickHello,
If you want, we could take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
About this:
Just to confirm. In WordPress the meta description is also called the snippet? I see a button called snippet in WordPress
Could you share a screenshot showing which button do you mean? But probably, yes.
We really look forward to helping you.

Thank you.
Hello,
It seems you have already done the changes but your changes are not detected by the analyzer because it is getting an old and cached version of the page.
I cleared your plugin cache but it didn’t solve the issue. After that, I saw you are also using the Cloudflare cache. Could you temporarily disable it to see if it is the cause of your issue?
Looking forward to help you.
I disabled Cloudflare cache completely. Flush SEO Analysis Data. Cleared the cache on my site. Still see the following error messages:
No meta description was found for your page.
Too many H1 tags found on your page (2). For the best SEO results there should be exactly one H1 tag on each page.
No page description found on pageKind Regards,
Hello,
I tried to check it but now the website is not loading. I guess it is due to disabling Cloudflare. Could you keep Cloudflare enabled but with the cache disabled (as they explain here: https://community.cloudflare.com/t/disable-cloudflare-caching-completly/86417) and then let us know, so we can log in and check it?
Looking forward to help you.
I am sorry you were not able to load my site.
I have enabled Cloudflare service and have disabled Cloudflare caching of my site.
Appreciate your support.Hello,
It seems your parent theme was adding an extra empty meta description using
elegant_description();
in header.php line 6 which I commented out to fix the issue. Your page also had an empty H1 just above<h2>BUY, SELL, AND INVEST</h2>
. I edited the page and cleared the empty line to remove the extra h1. Your can now clear your cache and run the analysis again which should reflect the above issues as fixed.Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
Thank you Michael and support staff at RankMath. All is well now. I appreciate your help. Thank you.
