My tab does not have that option, yet it did until the most recent update as I have been putting twitter images separate to facebook images for older blogs before then. Please see attached image

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Because, it works fine when only Rank Math is enabled:

Please let me know if you find the culprit.
