Hello,
It is as my colleague said. For example, let’s say your permalink is: my-permalink. It has 12 characters.
But it should count the domain, so if the full URL is https://website.com/my-permalink/, the total characters will be 20 + 12 + 1 (the slash at the end), so 33.
That is why you are getting that message.
