I logged into your website’s admin area and upon investigating, I found that you’ve set the Links Per Sitemap to 1000. Please have a look at this screenshot for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/4duYCH
We recommend keeping this option’s value to 200. As I changed the value to 200, the sitemap loaded without any issues. https://i.rankmath.com/UsvO2Q
The sitemaps were also not excluded from your caching plugin (LiteSpeed Cache), so I went ahead and excluded the Rank Math sitemaps from getting cached.
Since a higher value than recommended was set in the Links Per Sitemap option and also the sitemaps were getting cached by your caching plugin, it is likely that Google was seeing a cached version of your website and thus the issues were caused.
I suggest you follow the below-mentioned steps:
1. Clear your website’s cache
2. Remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account and submit only the main sitemap your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml.
3. Give Google some time to crawl your website and update the changes.

I checked the sitemap in the Google search console, showing me an error on these URLs.
Could you please share a screenshot of the error displayed regarding the sitemap URLs? You can use a tool like imgur.com to easily share the screenshots link.
If it is a No Index error on the sitemaps, then there is nothing to be worried about. Sitemaps are intentionally marked as No Index since they just need to be crawled rather than getting indexed on the SERPs.

I checked the pages again and still, there were no issues found from our end. The Homepage and the /face-wash/ category page are already set to Index. Also, they are listed in the sitemaps.
I tested the sitemap with the Sitemap Validator tool and there were no issues found. The sitemap is loading properly.
Regarding the HTML sitemap error, could you please double-check if you have a physical sitemap on your server?
I’ve created a screencast of the above troubleshooting and added it in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Further, I checked Google’s cached version of your website and it seems like Google lastly crawled the website on 26th April. Please have a look at this screenshot for quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/YPd5GA
Also, as per your screenshot, the last crawl date is 14th April.
Until yesterday (29th April), your sitemaps were getting cached, and also the sitemaps were inaccessible due to a higher than the recommended value set on the Links Per Sitemap option (1000).
We checked and your sitemap is accessible to Google Bot now.
I highly suggest you wait for Google to crawl your website again and see if the issues are fixed and the errors are gone.
