The homepage has doesn’t have the No Index tag.

I logged into your website’s admin area and using the health check plugin, I deactivated all the plugins except Rank Math and WooCommerce and the No Index tag was removed.
Upon further investigating, I found that the “Buy Now Button for WooCommerce” plugin is causing the issue and is adding the No Index tags.

I checked the source of some of the products, and I was unable to find the No Index tag. You can see the screenshot available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
If you’re still seeing the No Index tags, then please clear your website’s and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue. You may also try opening the product in browser incognito mode.

In Google Search Console, on URL Inspection, URL is added to the index when this error is coming.

Thank you for the follow-up.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the noindex tag is already removed. It seems that Google is still seeing a cached version of your site in the URL inspection as you will notice the last crawl date is showing April 14, 2021.
In this case, you can remove all the sitemaps you have submitted and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml then give Google some time to recrawl your site.

Noindex is only showing in the Google Search Console, yet in some URLs inside nothing.
