    THat URL with the issue looks like a product tag archives.

    You can mark those as index from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Tags.

    we already marked as index then still issue come please help me to solve this issue

    Hello,

    That product tag is being set as no-index because Rank Math automatically set categories and tags without content as no-index to avoid getting penalized due to thin content.

    You can disable that setting by turning off this function:

    there is no option we have already uploaded to latest version please check there is no option in this page

    Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. We give you an option to choose between the two during the setup wizard and you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode.

    You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard
