My developer told me the following:
Per our server administrators, it’s already full access as full HTDOCS is allowed to edit.
FTP access was extended.
Expiration: 2025-03-23
Is it possible to help me fixing this issue? I am struggling to find the problem and would highly appreciate your help in this matter.

Sorry but since we can’t access your website’s FTP, we aren’t able to move forward. Also, we noticed in your FTP access that it has an expiration and it appears it already has (2025-02-13). Can you please check that?
