Is it possible that you are editing your posts using the block editor?
If you are then the Rank Math options will only be available on the sidebar without a metabox as shown here: https://i.rankmath.com/U44EB5
If this is not the case we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Hi Michael – thanks for getting back to me. I use the block editor and there is no meta box in the side bar. I checked the classic editor and your meta box also not present there so I’d be grateful if you would check the settings. Thee temporary login URL is:

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
The access is quite limited and thus I could not perform comprehensive tests.
I was however able to isolate the cause of the problem, you have the Gutenberg plugin installed which does not play nicely with Rank Math.Please note that you can disable this plugin and continue to use the native block editor that ships with WordPress since it only adds experimental block features that have not yet made it to the core for users to test.
@couponmail please check if you have this plugin as well and disable it to fix this.Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
