Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

It didn’t help.
Please log in and see for yourself. We have tried everything and with all settings, unsuccessfully.
You should be aware that it is not all pages, but only some of them. It is mostly product category pages that have noindex, even though it is mark as index.

I installed the Health Check plugin and checked for conflict.
The Search & Filter Pro plugin is conflicting with Rank Math.
When this plugin is active, the robots meta is set to noindex.
Check the screencast in the sensitive data section.
Please get in touch with the plugin team and inform them about the issue, they should be able to fix it.

Why is it not you who should check your plugin and compatibility with search and filters pro plugin, and not themselves?

We apologize for the inconvenience and any delay.
Since the issue is very niche, our developers can’t prioritize contacting other 3rd party plugin support. What we can do is share this with our development team but in the meantime, please contact the support from “Search & Filter Pro” plugin as well in case they have encountered this type of issue before and may have a ready-made fix for this type of problem.
The “Search & Filter Pro” plugin is modifying the template of the category pages and our plugin hasn’t been able to generate the proper meta tag for it so disabling the said plugin will allow Rank Math to generate the correct meta tag.

We have already contacted their developer and they have not been able to come up with the right fix, and they also think it is something you should look at.
We’ll have to switch to Yoast as customer performance gets worse and worse.

Could you please ask the developers of the plugin in question if the functionality that adds these filters to the archive pages also returns true for the following function?

In case that is the behavior they have, we could create a custom filter for your website that would switch those pages to be index instead.
