Please note that if the pages were indexed before you set them as noindex, it will take a while before Google removes them from the index.
As far as Rank Math is concerned, you need to ensure that the noindex tag is correctly working. You can do so by checking the page source or using a 3rd party testing tool:

If the noindex tag is present, there is no much else you can do to speed up the process of getting the pages removed other than placing a removal request.
To remove a page from Google, you will need to remove the page link from the Google cache by following these steps:
1). Login to the search console and head over to the remove outdated content page.
2). Enter the URL (web address) of the page that has the deleted content you want to remove.
3). Select Request removal.
If you see the message “We think the image or web page you’re trying to remove hasn’t been removed by the site owner,” follow the onscreen steps to fix this.
4). If you see the message “This content is no longer live on the website,” select Request Removal.

You have a lot of outdated plugins on your website so it is very hard to tell what the issue could be.
We tried enabling just WooComerce + Storefront/Twenty Twenty + Rank Math and your website doesn’t even work.
That suggests an issue with the core website. Can you please update to the latest version on all your products and then let us know? If the issue doesn’t go away, we will need to reinstall Rank Math and go from there.
