  • Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing issues with your URLs not being indexed due to the noindex tag. To resolve this, you need to ensure that the pages you want indexed do not have the noindex meta tag present.

Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Check for Noindex Tags: Go through the pages that are showing the noindex status in Google Search Console and check their source code for the following line:

If you find this tag, it means that the page is instructed not to be indexed by search engines.

    2. Remove the Noindex Tag: If you want these pages to be indexed, you will need to remove the noindex tag from the HTML of those pages. This can usually be done through your SEO plugin settings or directly in the page’s HTML if you’re comfortable with that.

    3. Update Your Sitemap: After making changes, ensure that your XML sitemap is updated and submitted to Google Search Console. This helps Google discover your pages more efficiently.

    4. Request Indexing: You can also use the URL Inspection Tool in Google Search Console to request indexing for the updated pages.

    5. Monitor Changes: Keep an eye on Google Search Console to see if the status of your URLs changes from noindex to indexed after making these adjustments.
