I checked your post and it seems you have set so in the advanced tab of Rank math metabox:
Please uncheck this and request indexing for your URL then give it sometime for Google to update their cache for it to reflect in the SERPs

Hey, is this relevant? its beneath meta robots, before it was selected in -1 now i unchecked it, is this good?
about sitemap, im not quite sure which one to use, could u check search console and let me know which is the proper one? is it only one sitemap needed for the entire store?

Add all the code below to your robots.txt file, this will also tell Google to ignore the files in your WP plugin folder:
Disallow: /wp-content/cache/
Disallow: /wp-content/themes/
Disallow: /wp-content/plugins/
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/
Disallow: /wp-login.php
Google will eventually self-correct removing the unwanted files from the SERPs after you add the above code to your robots.txt & also stop indexing unnecessary files/folders in the future.
