    I have already tried following solution of yours.

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

    Hit the save button once.

    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

    Hit the save button once.

    I have checked the same page but the post is not set to noindex as shown below:
    Robots meta

    I could also not identify any configuration settings that could cause this on your Rank Math settings.
    Are there any coverage errors reported on the search console?
