Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math. It seems that your website is currently set to noindex
, which is preventing search engines from indexing it. This can happen if the noindex
directive is intentionally set in your Rank Math settings or if there is a conflict with another setting or plugin.
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
-
Check Rank Math Settings: Go to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta and ensure that the noindex
option is not enabled for the pages you want indexed.
-
WordPress Settings: Also, check your WordPress settings by navigating to Settings → Reading and make sure the option to discourage search engines from indexing your site is unchecked.

-
Robots Meta Configuration: Review your robots meta configuration in Rank Math to ensure that you haven’t accidentally added a noindex
meta tag. You can find this under Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Global Meta.
-
Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins, clear the cache after making changes to ensure that the latest settings are applied.
If you continue to experience issues after checking these settings, we recommend replying to this ticket with your website URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to help you resolve it soon!

I have tried the solutions mentioned above and the result is the same:
Blocking Directive Source
head > meta
<meta name=”robots” content=”noindex, follow” />
The same settings are used on the test website and it works there. I have no idea what’s the issue. I have even tried removing the robots.txt file, but it didn’t help.
Same issue here!
Rank Math plugins are up to date with the latest version
Hello,
If the same settings work on your test site but not on the live one, it’s likely that the noindex
directive is being forced either by a theme template, a third-party plugin, or custom code overriding Rank Math’s settings.
Please try the following additional steps:
1. Ensure that the correct Rank Math meta settings are applied on the individual page/post level, not just globally.
2. Temporarily disable other plugins one by one to rule out conflicts. You can follow this guide to safely check for theme/plugin conflicts: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Hi,
the issue persisted with default theme 20 20 4 and only rank math on. I have no idea what’s wrong.
Nonetheless, I want to thank you for your attempt to help me solve this issue. After few years of dealing with problems on WordPress and WooCommerce every now and than I’m done with them, so I’m moving the online shop to another platform.
With regards,
Kacper
