    Hi there,

    I have gone through countless articles and videos to try and solve this, but am having no luck. My homepage is marked as “No Index” and I am finding no way to remove it. I’ve tried everything recommended on RankMath.. Can you help?

    website is https://motherhoodwithslan.com

    This is what is showing on my page source code:

    title=’Edit Homepage SEO Settings’>Homepage SEO

    <li id=’wp-admin-bar-rank-math-mark-me’ class=”menupop”>

    <span class=”wp-admin-bar-arrow” aria-hidden=”true”></span>
    Mark this page

    <div class=”ab-sub-wrapper”>
    <ul id=’wp-admin-bar-rank-math-mark-me-default’ class=”ab-submenu”>
    <li id=’wp-admin-bar-rank-math-no-index’ class=”mark-page-as”>
    As NoIndex

    Thank you,

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We encountered the Coming Soon page while visiting your website.

    However, can you please confirm if you’ve checked the Search engine visibility option at WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading? If so, please uncheck the box there to see if that works for you.

    After that, flush the site cache and your issue should be resolved after that.

    Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hi there!

    Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I followed your recommendations and it has not been resolved. I did not have the box checked, and I even flushed the site cache, but it’s still showing no index on my homepage. Could you provide another suggestion on how to proceed?

    Hello,

    Thank you for providing us with more details about your issue.

    We have tried to check your website’s source code, but we could not see it properly because your website is in Coming Soon mode. This means that only you and the people who have access to your website can see it, while others see a placeholder page.

    One possible reason why your homepage is marked as “No Index” is that the plugin or service that you are using to create the Coming Soon page (maybe Bluehost?) is adding a no-follow tag to your website. This tag tells search engines not to crawl or index your website until you launch it.

    To fix this, you need to go to the settings of the plugin or service that you are using for the Coming Soon page and look for an option to disable the no-follow tag. This option may be called something like “SEO settings”, “Search engine visibility”, or “Allow search engines to index this site”.

    If you cannot find this option or disabling it does not solve your problem, then we will need a temporary login to your website to investigate further. You can create a temporary login URL using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/.

    Please share the temporary login URL with us using the Sensitive Data section and we will try to help you as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
