Please note that Google will take time to de-index those pages and it can take several weeks for them to stop appearing on SERPs.

Sure, do let us know how that goes.
As for the feed pages, feeds are not like regular pages so you cannot noindex them. However, you can disallow them in your robots.txt file at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Edit Robots.txt like this:
User-Agent: *
Disallow: */feed/
