No Google Search Console data

Unfortunately, the said error appears on the image in the wordpress dashboard, so I can no longer retrieve the data from the Google Search Console.

The error appears as soon as I activate the RankMath plugin (even if all other plugins are deactivated)

I would be happy if you could support me here and possibly tell me what the problem is.

    ### Edit: if i log in with another user it works. ###

    Best regards
    Julian

  • Hi RankMath-Team!

after you looked at my google search console and made settings, i noticed an enormous number of non-indexed pages. Can you tell me why this is or what is causing this and how I can fix it?

    Best regards

    Hello,

I checked your website analytics report under the index status tab and most of the unidexed URLs are under the ssection “URL is not known to Google” Screenshot:

Most of the pages under this section are Oxygen template pages which should not be indexed. The Oxygen builder templates are the pages with /?ct_template= or /?oxy_user_library= in the URL. You can leave the pages as is as they are correctly not being indexed.

For any remaining URLs which are not Oxygen builder templates and should be indexed, please manually submit the URLs into Google Search Console using the URL inspection tool. You can refer to this article for how: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.

    Hi RankMath Team!

Can you maybe give me some tips on my other questions in the “Sensitive Data” area?

I’ve looked at the page indexing again. These pages have appeared since you accessed them and I can’t explain where these URLs come from. e.g.
    https://www.benzmedia.de/543/
    https://www.benzmedia.de/2466/
    https://www.benzmedia.de/3371/
    https://www.benzmedia.de/3772/

    etc.

There are currently 4,198 pages. I don’t even begin to have that many templates and pages.
Maybe you can explain to me again what causes them.

I also really look forward to feedback on the other answers.

    Thanks for your support!
    Julian

    Hello,

Upon checking your website admin again, I can’t seem to find the URLs you have mentioned under the Index Status tab. Also, I am only getting 135 pages in the Index Status tab. If you are seeing different numbers on your end, please try clearing your website cache or your browser caches and check again.

As for your question with regard to your subscription, since you are not managing clients, you can go ahead and purchase a PRO instead since it also comes with keyword tracking.

The schema generator is available across our premium line up (PRO, Business and Agency) and the FAQ block automatically generates its schema so you don’t have to add it manually.

In addition, if you wish to add an accordion to your FAQ block, you may refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/turn-faq-block-into-accordion/

Lastly, as for your inquiry about the retrieval of the GSC data after removing the premium version, you don’t have to reinstall the Free plugin after removing the PRO version as Rank Math should still automatically retrieve the data from GSC every 7 days from now on.

Now, to address the issue, kindly reconnect your GSC again and ensure the required permissions are accepted since the auth token is currently expired. After that, the right data should continue to reflect on the plugin’s analytics.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need my assistance with anything else.
