no follow tag not working

    Hello, I have mentioned few external domains that must be No Followed in all posts.

    No followed links

    But when I check from the front page, I see no change. All links are still do follow. Am I missing anything?

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Thank you for the follow-up.

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the Nofollow External Links option is disabled.
    NoFollow

    The Nofollow Domains only works when that option is enabled. Now your external links already have the nofollow tag.

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

    Rank Math doesn’t add any rel tags if a rel-tag is used on an individual link. We do that so users can still selectively nofollow or dofollow a link. I checked and the image already has a rel-tag added to it therefore Rank Math is not adding nofollow to it.

    And as the video is inserted inside an iframe it’s not considered as an external link and that’s why Rank Math isn’t making it nofollow.
