Short summary what my issue is:
– I purchased Rank Math Pro (with t…@a…tec.co.uk).
– Somehow I didn’t received an email with the login data.
– I tried “forgot password”. But this also didn’t helped.
– I wanted to open a support ticket. But you need an account to open one.
– So I created a second account (with m…@gmxg.de). Just to be able to create a support ticket for (t…@a…tec.co.uk).

We can see that our accounts team already replied to your email with login details.
Then please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase.
