no data since installation

    I indexed my site a few months ago. I installed rank math at this time as a wordpress plugin.

    Since installation i have never had any statistics in the dashboard. It has always said O for the stats. Please see pics below. I am not sure whether there is an issue with the google analytics sync?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please make sure your Google account is correctly connected to the Rank Math account.
    Please follow this guide for the same: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/

    Once connected, let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK

    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF

    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    Thanks I have done this. Does RankMath auto update the sitemap on Google Search console as i add pages to my site?

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

    Rank Math automatically updates the sitemap as soon as you add or remove posts/pages or products. Please make sure that the Ping Search Engines option is enabled in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > General.

    This option notifies the search engines as soon as your sitemap is updated.
