Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Assuming you uploaded the latest Pro version to your website already, please disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
Please check this screencast to manually update Rank Math Pro to the latest version:

Then, reconnect it using the same RankMath.com account that you used to make the purchase.
