No data from 12th April

Hello,

Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

This process may take some time. The usual time required to populate the data in the Analytics Dashboard is below 20 min. but the time may vary depending upon your server’s speed.

As you’ve just processed the fetching of data, it will take some time to populate the data in the Analytics dashboard of Rank Math.

I suggest you wait for some time and see if the data populates accordingly.

Also, you can use a tool like imgur.com, to easily upload share the link of the screenshots.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I visited your website and I noticed that the data fetching was not running properly.

So I restarted the data fetch. It would take around 42 minutes to populate the data. Please see the screenshot available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

I logged into your website’s admin area and I found that the analytics data fetch is getting cancelled in the Scheduled actions (Crons). Rank Math uses Cron Jobs to fetch the analytics data.

Please have a look at the screenshot available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask if they are blocking the Crons from running on your website and if so ask them to enable it again.
