  • I’ve used RankMath for months now, but when I go to “Dashboard > Analytics”, under the “SEO Performance” tab and the “Keywords” tab, there has never been any information for me to view.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Rank Math Analytics not displaying any data. This can happen for a few reasons:

    1. Data Fetching: For free users, Rank Math fetches data from Google Search Console every seven days. If your site has not been crawled or indexed by Google yet, there may not be any data available.
    2. Google Search Console Connection: Ensure that your Google Search Console is properly connected to Rank Math. If there are issues with the connection, data may not be fetched correctly.
    3. Timeframe Selection: Check if the timeframe selected in the Analytics dashboard is set to a period where you expect to see data. You can change the timeframe from the range picker on the top right of the Analytics page.

    If the issue persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

    1. At first add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
    

    This is how it should look like:

    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
