NO CSV Option

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are looking to export all CSV data to do a bulk import of titles and metas or make changes like adjusting titles that are too long, you can follow these steps:

1. Export Metadata to a CSV File:

   • Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export in your WordPress admin area.
   • Under the CSV File section, go to the Export CSV tab.
   • Select the metadata you want to export (posts, terms, users).
   • Click the Export button to download the CSV file to your computer.

2. Edit Metadata in the CSV File:

   • Open the downloaded CSV file in a spreadsheet editor like Google Sheets.
   • Make the necessary changes to titles and metas.
   • Save the file after editing.

3. Import the Edited CSV File:

   • Go back to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export.
   • Navigate to the Import CSV tab.
   • Click on Choose File and select the edited CSV file.
   • Choose whether to overwrite existing data or not.
   • Finally, click on Import to update the metadata on your website.
